20 hours? No talking?.No technology? Nothing but me, a chair, a journal and a pen.( Food and water too).2025 has proved to be a pretty traumatic year so far...following on after what has been a few hard years and in fact on reflection the whole 54 have been a pretty wild ride. Mental Health issues and in particular Suicide and teen/young adult suicide is something I am passionate about.its something we should all be passionate about. Losing 1 young person to the suicide is 1 too many. I hope that you too think this is important and can spare a few dollars for this great initiative. Ali x
Challenge Accepted
I really think 2025 is a year that is meant to challenge me. A time to push the envelope and push myself. I am extremely passionate about Mental Health Issues in all stages of life, but I think teenage years are definitely the hardest. I suffered (undiagnosed) bouts of depression and saw some very dark days. If I reach the goal of raising $1000 and get to attend I promise to share my story.
