Mental health is just as important as physical health—and yet, it’s often overlooked. I know this personally. I've struggled with anxiety and worked through trauma, and for a long time, I felt alone in it. But I’ve learned that healing begins with honesty, support, and small steps forward.

If you're going through something right now, please know: you're not alone, and your feelings are valid. There is strength in seeking help, in speaking up, and in simply showing up for yourself each day.

I’m sharing this because I want to give back—to remind someone out there that healing is possible, and that even in the darkest moments, there’s still hope.
