I will be shutting my mouth for 20 hours on the 28th June to raise awareness and funds for mental health. I can hear you laughing already. AMY? Yeah right.
This involves dedicating 20 hours to silent reflection within a 2-metre square, no electronics, no books. Just me and my thoughts, surrounded by 250 people likeminded people.
More than 720,000 people die due to suicide every year, with it being the third leading cause of death between 15-44 year olds. This statistic once included my uncle, and I have also battled, as have many with mental health. LETS TALK ABOUT IT!
