PRAY THAT I CAN STFU FOR 20 HOURS!
I usually run on heavy metal, Pepsi Max, and chaos, so you better believe this challenge is important to me, if I’m temporarily turning my back on all that I am!
The 20 hours for 20Talk Challenge is a way to raise much-needed awareness and funds for youth mental health - something absolutely vital in this day and age.
Many of us will have experienced mental health challenges: our own battles, those of our loved ones and people in our social circles.
I lost my beautiful big brother to suicide, which shattered my heart.
So, I am taking on the 20 hours for 20Talk challenge (along with a bunch of other lovely people) to stay silent, in a 2-metre space, with NO technology…..for 20 hours!!!
That has to be worth a few dollars, right?
My goal is to reach ONE THOUSAND of those glorious dollars, and I would be eternally grateful for any donations to help me hit that target.
