Hello, dear family, friends &; anyone in between,

I’ve decided to embark on a rather unusual adventure: 20 hours of absolute silence on 6th December. Yes, you heard that right! I’ll be joining 399 other participants in a shared shed space, confined to a tiny 2x2 square. No talking, no electronic devices, and no books to keep me company. Just a pen & journal. It’s just me, myself, and the silence. Yikes! (You can all start placing bets on how long I'll last). As someone who never shuts up, this is going to be an experience like no other. I’m preparing myself mentally but the voices won't shut up.

But why, you ask? Well, this challenge is not just about testing my own limits. It’s also a fundraiser for youth mental health, and every bit of support will go towards making a difference in young lives.

I’ll be sharing my reflections and maybe a few funny moments along the way—because let’s be honest, staying silent for 20 hours is bound to lead to some amusing scenarios.
