I’ve officially lost my mind..or maybe I’m going to find it?

I am taking part in one of the hardest challenges I could imagine - 20 hours in a 2x2 metre square.. in total silence. No phone. No talking. No music. NO distractions. Just me, my demons, and an amazing cause.

For most people, this sounds uncomfortable. For someone with ADHD (who literally cannot sit still or shut up) this sounds impossible.

But here’s why I’m doing it:

1 in 4 young Australians are struggling with their mental health right now.

20TALK is a young mental health charity on a mission to break the stigma and start a REAL conversation that could literally change lives.

I might not be able to sit still. I might not be able to shut up. But for 20 hours, I’m doing both- to raise money and awareness for a cause that could change someone’s future.
