On 9th September, I will be participating in 20 hours for 20 talk

I will be sitting in a 2m square for 20 hours, with no phone, no book, just a journal, chair and swag. Andddd the hardest bit for me - no talking!!!

Sounds impossible, but I’m pushing myself to test my mental strength, and most importantly to raise awareness and money for mental health support for 18-30 year olds
