In all the noise of our day-to-day lives its often hard to take a moment for ourselves and find a moment's peace. But this is so vitally important for our brains and for many people the struggle to even face a average noisy day can be incredibly overwhelming.

I'm taking part in the 20hour challenge to help raise funds and awareness and support for mental health.

In my work with IDEAcademy in Perth WA, I have the privilege to work along side amazing and talentled students, many of whom live with the daily challenges of neurodiversity. This isn't a weakness for any of them though, they see the world is a different way and it's for all of us to create space for those to experience life differently from the 'average experience' (whatever that is?!)

But we'll never see change through more noise, but rather with our actions and yes our money.
