Intro

Hey guys!  Throughout my life I have known lots of people with mental health struggles, loved ones, family, friends, patients and myself. Mental health is such an important cause and one that can get overlooked at times. I’m doing this to raise awareness and to challenge myself, I hope less people feel like they have to go through mental health struggles alone. Having a quiet mind and slowing down is something I struggle to do, so this will definitely be a challenge. But I think it’s also an amazing opportunity to reconnect with myself and reflect.
