We’ve all been affected by mental health – whether personally or through someone we love. It often moves quietly through our communities, unnoticed even by those closest to us.
On June 28th, I’ll be raising funds for mental health with 20Talk 🤍 I’m taking on the challenge of spending 20 hours in a 2x2 metre square with no technology and no talking (yes, this will be tough for those who know me).
June is Men’s Mental Health Month, a time to check in on our mates and break the stigma – something I hope we can all do 🫶🏼
I want to spread the message where I can. To be there for your friends on the good and the bad days. Reach out. We never know what others are going through, so be kind and considerate to everyone. 🫂🩵💌
Do things that you make you smile everyday, no matter the cost. Know that nothing lasts forever – there is a always a rainbow after the rain ⭐️

Here’s why it matters:
• Suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people aged 15–44
• Yet, only 2% of mental health funding goes towards prevention
