I’m so excited to be a part of this challenge. It truly couldn’t have came at a better time for me as I sadly lost my dad my hero my best friend on the 26th of April this year. Grief is crazy the waves come and go and I was in a really dark place for a while and was scared I wouldn’t get better. But I started healing and sitting in my grief and I’m happy to say I feel like I am healing myself from the inside and out. I am open and ready for being in my own company which is so massive for me and I can’t wait to continue my healing journey with all of you !!!
