The What
I’m excited to be participating in 20Talk’s 20Hours event.This event will see me sitting in a 2x2 metre square for 20 Hours in silence with nothing but my chair, a water bottle, a journal and some bedding.
There will be no technology and no talking. As part of this challenge,
my goal is to raise $1,000 towards 20Talk’s mission which is to
empower young adults aged 18-30 by integrating essential mental
health tools and skills into their lives. Your support helps us reach
more young people across Australia.
