In 2020, my brother passed away from an accidental overdose after struggling with mental health (ADHD and depression) for many years. I, myself, have had a long and ongoing journey with anxiety and depression and I’ve seen the impacts of many other mental health conditions on others around me.
I believe the more we can do to raise funds and awareness for mental health conditions, the better- which is why I want to be part of this initiative. The challenge is something that will put me well and truly out of my comfort zone and test my limits but I highly resonate with the cause so I’m really keen to give it a crack.
