For the Silent Struggles
On September 6th 2025 I am partaking in the 20 Hours for 20Talk. This will be me sitting in a 2m x 2m square for 20 hours in silence with nothing but my water bottle, my journal, and a pen. No technology, no talking, no books.WHY?
I have seen how deeply mental health struggles can affect a person - in my life and in the lives of people I love. My goal is to raise awareness, spark conversations, bring people together, push myself, reflect, and support my local community.
