Dan is taking on the 20-hour challenge to support youth mental health and raise awareness about the importance of prevention.

Hey 👋🏽

I’m Dan : Some say I create too much noise - but I really like quiet.

My brain hasn’t always been my best friend.

But my heart understands that place very well. I know what it takes to go to war with your thoughts and trauma. So when others open up about it to me , I feel it deeply.

I’ve been on a 30 year journey with my brain - happily we’re getting on a lot better these days. After turning over every rock trying to find healing I couldn’t do it. In desperation , at the end - I asked for help , more begged - but I asked Jesus for mercy.

He came and rested his hand on my head and has been healing me ever since. His love is ever present and the rebirth on my soul is rising with every step and stumble.

I’m not alone anymore.

So I stumble thankfully with forgiveness and grace in my heart.
