1 in 4 young Australians are struggling with their mental health, with suicide remaining the leading cause of death for those aged 15 to 24.
I believe it’s our duty to the next generation to show up — to support and to listen. To open real conversations and remind them, that they are seen, heard, and never alone;
To help them see that there is a way through — that ending their life is not the only option.
This is more than a campaign. It’s a promise — to stand with them, now and always.
