Mental health is a huge part of my story. I'm 33, and since I was 15, I've lost many people to mental health. I've struggled with my own mental health, been on and off meds, and had countless doctor appointments, but none provided the right guidance, I'm still struggling to find the right treatment and have not been able to access proper mental health care due to gaps in the system. It's difficult to get a proper diagnosis, and the mental health system needs more funding. Our younger generation deserves better education and shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for support. This is a crucial issue.
