Hey everyone,

I’m trying to raise money by sitting in a Square for 20hours. No phone, music, distractions, NADA, Zero, ZILCH!

A terrifying prospect to be inside my head for that amount of time, but a lot of people have to live like this every day by default. Alone and with no one they feel they can talk to. 20talk help people find someone to speak to in times of need and desperation.

As a sufferer of mental health challenges I’m honest to god not loving the idea of being with my own worst enemy. But do something that scares you, right?!
