20hours for mental health
I will be taking part in the fundraiser 20hours for 20talk to support mental health. All I will be doing for 20 hours is sitting in silence in a 2m x 2m box with just a chair journal and swag, no technology. All the money that is donated will help people who struggle with mental health.
