Hi everyone!

Mental health has played a big part in my life - from working with children and youths all the way to elders in a hospital setting.

It stuns me that so little money is being put towards prevention, and rather it is on crisis intervention. If we can help prevent ill mental health before we get older, why aren’t we doing it?

When it’s cold, we layer up before we step outside. When it’s raining, we grab an umbrella before we go out in the rain.

We do this frequently within our lives, so why not our mental health as well?
