Help Me Break the Silence for Mental Health
Hey friends, family, and community 🌿
I’m taking part in an important mental health initiative called “20 Hours for 20 Talk.” To raise awareness and funds for mental health support, I’ll be sitting in complete silence for 20 hours inside a small 2-metre square space, with no technology, no distractions, just a journal and my thoughts.
This is about more than just being quiet — it’s a reflection of what many people living with mental health challenges face every day: isolation, stillness, and silence that too often goes unnoticed.
To be able to take part, I need to raise $1,000 — and I need your help to get there.
