full time doom scroller with 8 hour+ average phone usage daily

because of certain events that occurred during my high school days i’ve found doom scrolling to be an in healthy yet effective way of escapism although i still am a very heavy doom scroller, i hope that through this event i wish to be able to reach more people taht maybe putting the phone down sometimes will be good.
