Sitting in silence
Hello family and friends!
I’m excited to share that I will be participating in the 20 hours for 20Talk event on the 28th of June, where I will spend 20 hours in silence sitting in a 2 metre square with no technology, to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health. This unique challenge is not just about personal reflection; it’s about making a difference in the lives of those who need support.
For the past 10 years, I have struggled with my mental health, often relying on poor coping strategies. It wasn’t until I hit my lowest point that I found the right support and tools to begin my journey toward recovery and thriving. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have an amazing support network of family and friends who have carried me through the toughest times.
However, not everyone is as lucky as I have been. Many young people face mental health challenges without the necessary resources or support. That’s why what 20Talk does is so important in helping tackle the growing mental health crisis by focusing on prevention and proactive, relatable, and accessible support for young individuals.
I’m aiming to raise $1,000 and your support can make a significant impact!
Here’s how you can help:

Together, we can create a community that prioritizes mental well-being and ensures that no one has to face their struggles alone. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Love Hannah :)
