Help me help others
On the 28th of June I’ll be taking part in 20 hours of isolation, 20 hours of silence. No talking. No technology. To help raise funds for mental health and normalise mental health conversations.
If you know me you’d know how close to home this is to me, not only to help others, to do something selfless but to also have time to myself, to reflect, to sit with me. At a time in my life’s journey that I really feel will be beneficial.
All funds raised will go towards mental health with 20talk. Did you know? 98% of mental health funding going to crisis intervention and only 2% into prevention funding
If it’s $20, $50 or $100 you can spare, we ALL know someone who has suffered with mental health issues - whether you realise it or not - so do something to help SOMEONE ELSE today and give something forwards.
