I am taking part in this challenge to help start more conversations about mental health awareness. And hopefully raise more funds. I have found no matter who you are in the world we all face times of adversities, and this can be an isolating feeling to go through. This challenge will be a mental test of solitude for me, but will give me the opportunity to reflect.
