Mental Health is a very big deal, in fact I believe we ALL suffer mental health issue at least once, if not many times throughout our lives. We live through trauma, loss, grief, pain and even just the everyday battles. We ALL need help and we need to highlight that it's ever present and not a taboo subject. It's OK to feel the feels and go through all the emotions. No one's journey is ever the same.
