Why am I taking part?

Hi everyone! I'm Heather. I'm 29 (almost 30🥲) and taking part for a number of reasons.

I moved to Perth all the way from the UK by myself in November 2023 with my 3 dogs and I'm still figuring out my new life, and I still haven't made any friends yet! 😅

In 2022 I suffered child loss and since then have never really 'found myself' again as such.

I have brutal ADHD which makes me a very busy person, and with that in mind I never spend a minute in my own thoughts and allow myself to ever process anything or grieve.

I'm a total chatterbox so this is definitely going to be a challenge but so excited to give myself some time to process everything I've been through over the last few years! 🫶🏽

Looking forward to some much needed silence and reflection time, and to help raise money for something amazing!
