Why I'm doing this
I think seeing this challenge online while I'm struggling to stay focused on uni with the distraction of my phone kind of made me aware of how reliant I am on technology and constant conversation to avoid having to sit in any silence with my own thoughts.I'm hoping I can enjoy forcing myself to reflect on what's going on in my head when I can remove all distractions and Im hoping the money I raise will help someone else confront their own thoughts when faced with isolation.
Surviving 20 Hours without doomscrolling
Hi I'm huddy,On the 6th of December I'm going to be confining myself to a small cube with no electronics for 20 hours. I'm doing this with the goal of raising $1000 dollars for mental health.
