For those that don’t know me, hello!

I was diagnosed with depression at 15 and adhd just this year. It has been such a journey to get where I am today and that is all thanks to my amazing family and getting me the support I needed. Everyone deserves access to these same supports no matter what their circumstances are.

I am participating in this challenge to eliminate the stigma around mental health and hopefully help others in my journey!!

Hey guys!

I am taking on a big challenge in June. For those of you that know me, I love to talk and won’t stop most of the time. Participating in the 20hoursfor20talk entails no speaking for 20 hours to raise money for mental health awareness.

I was diagnosed with Depression at 15 and I have my family to thank for getting me to where I am today as well as the many others who supported me though it. I am hoping to grow awareness about mental health and ensure everyone gets the support they very much deserve.
