Hi, my name is Bella and I am a 19 year old girl living in Perth. I am partaking in the 20Talk Challenge because I have always struggled with my mental health and I know how lonely and hard it is to not have anyone to talk to. I want to raise funds to educate people on mental health and the true effects of struggling with poor mental health.
