A challenge, but Mental Health is important!!

When Talk20 came up on my Facebook feed and read what it was about I knew that this was something I needed to do.

Mental Health is something so important but even more so close to my heart. Although it’s not something I talk about I want to be apart of the difference and be an advocate, especially for Youth mental health.

These 20 hours will be hard for me as someone who is an extrovert and loves to talk sitting in silence.

The way I look at it is that I can reflect on my own journey and I feel I will come out better on the other side as well.
