On June 28th, I’ll be taking on one of the most challenging experiences of my life: 20 hours of complete silence, no phone, and no distractions — all to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health.

I’ve registered as one of 250 participants in the 20 Hours for 20Talk challenge in Alexandria, Sydney. We’ll be sitting in our own 2x2m square from 4:00AM to midnight — no talking, no tech, just self-reflection and a powerful collective energy of purpose.

Why am I doing this?

Because young people deserve relatable, prevention-focused mental health support. Because 80% of the population is supported by just 2% of the mental health prevention funding. Because too many young people are struggling in silence.

💡 My goal is to raise $1,000, which helps 20Talk continue delivering free education, training, and content that genuinely connects with youth.
