One day of silence to support those facing this struggle everyday.
As a coach, there’s been many times when my students have opened up to me about their mental health. A lot of them tell me they’ve never felt safe to talk to anyone else. Hearing that hits me to the core and it shows just how many young people are carrying battles in silence.
That’s why I’m taking on this challenge to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health.Twenty hours of silence is nothing compared to what so many face every day, but it’s a step towards breaking that silence. I want every young person to know they’re not alone, and that opening up is a sign of strength, not weakness.
By supporting this challenge, you’re helping give young people the safe spaces, tools, and the education they need.

Keep up the amazing work Jacko
