I've Been Selected for the 20Talk Event – Help Me Make It Count

I’m honoured to share that I’ve been selected to participate in the 20Talk event on the 28th of June 2025,  a powerful initiative raising awareness for youth mental health. For 20 hours, I’ll be in a 2-metre square space, in complete silence. No talking. No technology. Just me, standing for those who often suffer in silence.

Why? Because mental health matters.
Because too many young people are battling alone.
Because a problem shared is a problem halved  and we need to create more spaces where people feel safe to speak up.

This cause is deeply personal to me. No one should feel like their struggles are too small, or that their voice doesn't matter. Every person deserves to be heard, supported, and reminded that they’re not alone.
