Hey everyone!

Thank you so much for being here, I have registered to be apart of 20hours for 20Talk.

The reason I’m doing this is because I feel a very big disconnect between friends and family who suffer alone and in silence, I believe this is driven more by today’s technology and social media driving a wedge in our communities we have between ourselves.

20 hours, no talking, no technology and being alone with my own thoughts sounds daunting enough but a small sacrifice to bring awareness to something that’s killing us.
