This is my first time doing a fundraiser event and to be honest, I'm really excited to be involved. 

Mental health is everywhere and most of us have had or known someone that has affected their life in some form or another. 

I certainly have and I never knew anything about it all those years ago. Especially in a male dominant industry where "Toughen up princess" type of terms were used to look after their mates.

So when I found this event that specifically to raise funds to educate our youth, I signed straight up knowing if I had some basic knowledge of the signs and triggers, perhaps i could have reduced what I caused for myself and those around me. 

I hope everyone can get behind me, dig deep and give our sons and daughters the right tools for living a healthier life.
