🌿 Why I’m Taking on the 20Talk Challenge

I’ve spent much of my life putting others first — showing up, supporting, and holding space. But now, I’m learning to turn some of that care inward. I’m working on boundaries, not to shut people out, but to show up more fully — for myself and for those I love.

Joining the 20Talk Challenge is part of that journey. It’s a chance to stretch, reflect, and reconnect with who I am beneath the noise. It’s about mental health, honest conversations, and the courage to grow.

This challenge feels like a priceless adventure — one that invites me to walk with purpose and fundraise for a cause that matters deeply: empowering young people to speak openly about mental health and build resilience.
