20 Hours for 20 Talk is a powerful fundraiser created to shine a light on youth mental health and the importance of real, honest conversations.
This initiative is deeply personal — born from the heartbreak of losing a young person who was once in care to suicide. Having walked closely with teenagers in the foster system, I know firsthand the struggles many face in silence.
For 20 hours straight, I’ll be dedicating my time to raising awareness and funds to support young people and help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Every dollar raised will go toward creating safe spaces, resources, and conversations that could save lives.
