20 hours to confront my inner demons to help others' survive theirs.

I'm very very nervous to do this challenge but I think this is potentially the most transformational challenge I could do, for a cause that is not only personally relevant but culturally and societal. 20 hours of nothing but me. I am an only child that has most likely experienced this before. Particularly in the depths of my mental illness. But to do so consciously, boldly, and in service of others. I'm willing to confront the silence and face this alone because I know I am not alone. Help me to raise funds to support those that don't know they're supported. Help me to support those who feel alone with their demons, unable to see an end to those hours. Help be one of the reasons to stick around and see the good in the world. Not everyone can say or do the right thing at the right time. But this is an opportunity for exactly that. Back your silence with presence.
