Meaningful Purpose

Mental Health advocacy has always been important to me however last year it became a deeply personal experience after losing a family member to mental illness. It's important to channel that pain into something that supports others and shows the power of community.

For me, this isn't just about challenging my discomfort by sitting in silence for 20 hours but tapping into that mental resilience and reflecting how isolating and overwhelming mental health can be.
