How can I stay silent for 20 hours? Good question. Donate and find out.
I’m taking on something seriously tough:
20 hours in a 2-metre square box. No phone. No tech. No talking.
Just me, a chair, a journal, and my thoughts.
I’m doing this for @20Talk a mental health charity focused on prevention, starting conversations early, and helping people before they hit crisis point.
This challenge is personal.
I’ve battled my own mental health struggles. I’ve lost people I care
about. I know how loud silence can get and how dangerous it can be when
no one’s listening.
We still brush mental health under the rug like it’s an awkward topic. But it’s not awkward it’s life and death. That silence needs to be broken.
And look, let’s be honest me, staying quiet for 20 hours? That’s the real miracle. If you don’t donate for the cause, at least donate to witness that rare event.
To take part, I need to raise $1000. Every single dollar goes toward the work 20Talk is doing to support young people in WA.
If you can spare something thank you. If you can share this even better.
Let’s talk about mental health. Loudly, openly, and like lives depend on it because they do.
