20 Hours for 20 Talk – Silence for Mental Health
I’m spending 20 hours alone, in complete silence to raise awareness for mental health.
Stigma shouldn’t exist. Mental health is something we all struggle with in different ways—myself included. My friends, my family, and so many people I know have fought silent battles. This challenge represents that silence—the weight people carry when they feel they can’t speak up.
But here’s the truth: you are not alone.
I’m doing this to shine a light on those silent battles and to remind people everywhere that it’s okay to struggle, it’s okay to speak up, and it’s okay to ask for help.
Every bit of support counts, not just for me, but for anyone who feels like they’re fighting in silence.
