I’m doing this for my own mental health journey unfortunately for me I was able to form meaningful and lasting techniques to help me in my dark times and learn how to navigate through them ongoing. There’s many people out there who aren’t fortunate enough to be able to form these coping strategies to get them through. I dedicate this to 2 of my family members who have lost along the journey to the battle with the black dog.
