20 hours for 20 talk
On 6th September I’ll be taking part in 20 hours of silence, with no technology or distractions to raise funds for youth mental health services. Basically sitting in a 2m x 2m square alone with my thoughts 🙃
20talk provides mental health support to young Australians, focusing on preventative education and maintenance to intervene before a young person reaches crisis.
