🛑 20 Hours. No Talking. No Distractions. Just Me & My Mind.

On March 29th, from 4 AM to midnight, I’ll be stepping into a 2x2m space with nothing but a thin mattress, a journal, and a pen. No phone. No talking. No distractions. Just me, my thoughts, and 20 hours of silence—all while surrounded by strangers.

For some, silence is peaceful. For others, it’s where the hardest battles happen. And that’s exactly why I’m doing this—to raise funds and awareness for mental health, because no one should have to fight alone.

Wether we have personally battled with mental health or know someone who has, we know that it can be a silent killer, so let’s stand together for those who feel like they’re fighting alone. 🩵
