🌿 Taking on the 20Talk (Mental Health) Challenge – 6 December 2025

Hey everyone,

This year, I’m taking part in the 20Talk Challenge on 6 December, and my goal is to raise $2,000 to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

I’ve personally had my own mental health struggles, and I know how tough it can be to find your way through. There were times when I didn’t have the words or the courage to speak up, and times when I felt completely alone in what I was feeling. But through my own journey, I’ve learned how powerful connection, compassion, and open conversation can be.

That’s why 20Talk’s mission means so much to me. They’re doing incredible work to break the stigma, create safe spaces, and help people — especially young adults — talk openly about mental health. Their programs remind us that vulnerability is not weakness, and that every single story shared can make a difference.

On 6 December, I’ll be challenging myself (by sitting in a 2x2 metre squares space. No phones. No talking. Just myself,my thoughts, my journal and the uncomfortable but powerful quiet of self-reflection) — as a symbol of resilience, growth, and hope. Every step I take is for those who are still finding their voice, still finding their strength.
