In tribute and reflection of my mother Lauren 🤍

This year me and my sisters lost our mother Lauren Cashin. I’m doing this challenge because Greif is hard. Getting help or navigation during tough times is hard even for adults. I had to sit in a lot of silence to make it through. So it’s important for our youth to have knowledge and resources to seek help with mental health and how important it is to know it’s OKAY to reach out for support.
