Hello friends,
I want to raise funds for 20Talk, a youth mental health charity, so I’m challenging myself to sit in a 2m x 2m box for 20 hours — no phone, no talking, just me, a chair, and my thoughts. It’s a small glimpse into how isolating mental health struggles can feel.
Why?
Because mental health affects us all. Sadly, suicide is still the leading cause of death for young Aussies aged 15-44, and only 2% of funding goes towards prevention. 20Talk is changing that with relatable, youth-led education that actually connects - which is why I want to support them!
