Am excited about this challenge because I want to help raise funds for this amazing cause. I have had anxiety pretty much my whole life and so I know how relentless it can be on your mind and how it can negatively impact every area of your life. I want to be part of the solution to helping those affected by mental health issues and I think this challenge is a great way to do this. This is going to be a HUGE challenge for me not to be able to talk for 20 hrs as I am a ‘super chatter’ 🤪😂 I love connecting and communicating with people but I am ready to challenge myself 💪🏼🙏🌈 Let’s Go🙌🏼
