Silence Stillness and Sanity
I’ve been thinking about this for a while and Mental Health has always been something I’m passionate about. My whole life I’ve been the person that people naturally gravitate to when it comes to looking for a safe haven or place of support. People naturally open up to me and I am so grateful that I have that kind ofaura about me because I feel like I have been able to be there for so many people that I didn’t know were going through some really dark times and moments in their lives.
Suicide prevention means the world to me. I pray that no one ever gets into the headspace of fighting a demon like that inside their own mind. The human brain is a place of beauty that I believe should bring immense joy, creativity, love and compassion into the world and not be a place of darkness and despair.
I want to show my support to people that are suffering and fighting that darkness in silence and solitude. I want to show people that there is beauty in solitude, silence and stillness, when you have the courage to be still with your own thoughts and yourself you can win and move to a place of kindness, self love and gratitude for the life we are given to experience.
